Here at Affordable Beauty I take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from me.

However, to help my services run smoothly for us both I would like to contact you with confirmation and reminders of your appointments or specific information about the treatment you have received.  This is usually by text and email, and occasionally phone or post.

For a treatment which requires a patch test, I may need to send a patch test in the post to you.

Very occacionally,  I may wish to contact you about offers and new services I provide. This will usually be by email.

Sometimes I take photos of my work to advertise on my social media pages and website and by ticking the box you are consenting to this although I will always confirm this verbally with you. You have the right to refuse this.

My online booking tool collects your name, telephone number, email address and sometimes postal address for a booking to be made. These are stored electronically on my booking system. When paying for a partial payment online you will be directed to PayPal and they will have their own privacy policy for you to read. My consultation forms collects the same generic information as the online booking tool, with the addition of your health history to ensure you are suitable for treatment. Paper versions of these consultation forms are stored and filed safely in my treatment room which no one other than myself has access to. At a later date they may be stored electronically. These will be kept for as long as legally obliged to.

You have the right to access your personal information you have given me. You also have the right for it to be deleted. Please contact me in writing should you request either of these.

I will not share your information with other third parties unless there is an involvement with my insurance company. In such instances, your consultation form(s) will be sent directly to them.

By ticking the box to continue booking, your are consenting to all these mentioned above.
