Booking and cancellation policy for Primrose Beauty
I am very understanding that some times things pop up and emergency's happen which will get in the way of your appointment meaning that you may have to cancel at short notice. I must however implement a booking and cancellation policy to protect my business and time as much as possible. When making a booking you are accepting the T&C's.
Allow a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling or making any changes to a booking. - Please let me know as soon as possible when cancelling an appointment as having an appointment cancelled weeks ahead is likely to be taken by another client, however less then 48 hours and it is a lot less likely to be filled.
Less then 48 hours notice and 50% of the booking cost is chargeable.
