CANCELLATIONS - 

It is not a problem to move and cancel any of your bookings, just call or send me a message and I will be more than happy to do that for you. 

  • Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment or a 50% fee will be charged (this includes shortening the time or swapping treatments).

  • No showing and canceling an appointment on the day will incur a full charge.

Forgotten, missed and reduced appointments is very damaging to my small business and it hurts a lot so I just want to thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time and policy. I am grateful to have you book with me, so thank you so much. With everyone arriving to their appointments I am able to spend more time focusing on whats important, and that's giving you an amazing treatment and visit! Xx 

PUNCTUALITY - 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Running a few minutes behind isint going to be a problem so dont panic if its taking a little longer to find parking etc, however if you are really late for your appointment, I will use the time we have to do what I can for you and I will still have to charge full price of the original booking. 

DEPOSITS - 

Any deposits pre paid are non refundable but as long as the appointment has been canceled before 48 hours, your deposit will be held on account and used at your next appointment. 

CHILDREN - 

I take it upon myself to keep everyone safe during their visit and I feel as though the salon isint safe for young children. Any children under 12 years old unfortunately can not attend your appointment with you. 

GIFT VOUCHERS - 

All gift vouchers are non refundable and have a six month expiry date from the date of purchase. Voucher amounts can be used towards any treatment or product with Primrose Beauty.
