Cancellation Policy 

To provide the best possible rescheduling service to all my clients I have the following policy in place. 

- Please provide a minimum of 48 hours if you need to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment. 

- Providing less then 48 hours notice and you will be charged 50% of the estimated total for booked services and this charge will be billed automatically to the credit card saved on file (the card that was used when booking an appointment). This is because not enough time has been given for the appointment to be filled. 

- Cancelling an appointment on the day for the first time will incur only a 50% charge. 

- Cancelling an appointment on the day from the second time onwards will incur a FULL charge of the booking total. 

- Missing an appointment and not calling ahead to cancel will incur a FULL charge.

Punctuality 

Please arrive as close to your booking time as possible to ensure the best possible service for yourself and other clients. Please bare in mind I will have clients in before & after you, so arriving very early may mean that I am still in treatment. If you are running a few minutes late for your appointment this will be absolutely fine, however running more then 15 minutes behind may mean that we loose treatment time together in which case I will do everything that I can and use all the time we have left, but should we have to skip a part of the treatment, the full booking amount is still charged. 

DEPOSITS - 

Any deposits pre paid are non refundable but as long as the appointment has been canceled with 48 hours noticed provided, your deposit will be held on account and used at your next appointment. 

CHILDREN - 

To ensure all our clients the very best from their visit and treatment, we are unable to have babies and young children in the salon. With the nature of what we do and with relaxing treatment taking place in other rooms, its important that we keep a quiet and calm environment so all our clients enjoy their treatment. Thank you so much for your understanding. 

GIFT VOUCHERS - 

All gift vouchers are non refundable and have a six month expiry date from the date of purchase. Voucher amounts can be used towards any treatment or product with Primrose Beauty.
